Good location but the value for money is lower (not clean, just one toilett, broken bed frame, not enough prepared beds Positive: The appartment is very good located with a good ubahn connection to the centre and in a nice area. There is also a large table and sofa, which is great for groups. Negative: It was not really clean. There is also just one toilett, which is simply not sufficient for an appartment of this size that is offered to groups. Besides, we were supposed to be 11 but only a bed for 10 people was prepared. There was no additional bed. Also, there were no spare blankets etc in the appartment that we would be able to use. In addition, one of the bed frames was broken so that we needed to move the mattrass on the floor. We were not warned about this.

A great place to stay if you have a big group, very clean and spacious! Positive: Great space, comfortable, and large balcony with canopy we’re all great. Negative: Only one toilet wasn’t ideal for a large group.

An excellent stay! Positive: We had an awesome stay here! The apartment is even nicer than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is excellent. You have many nice restaurants within a kilometer or two. Also right around the corner, as were a few shops as well for food and drinks! The ambience of the apartment suited our purposes and taste perfectly! A 5 star experience for sure!

Absolute aanrader en mooie plek in Berlijn! Positive: Supermooie inrichting, genoeg ruimte en mooi terras. Alles was aanwezig en je voelt je gelijk thuis als je binnen stapt. In de buurt zit een Italiaans restaurant Cargo wat een echte aanrader is en prima prijs! Negative: Er is geen lift. Je moet 6 trappen op en in het appartement zit ook nog 1 trap. Was handig om te weten want wij waren met de familie en daarmee ook opa en oma van bijna 80. Daarnaast was er maar 1 toilet voor 10 personen. Uiteindelijk vind je wel je draai daarin maar een extra toilet was fijn geweest.
