Positive: יש הרבה חדרים ואפשר להיות משפחה גדולה שם המיקום מאוד קרוב למרכז קלן שזה הדבר היחיד שממש טוב בדירה. המקלחת הגדולה גם ממש אחלה Negative: לא נקי מספיק, ריח לא טוב בחדר של המרתף ובמטבח, לא באמת נראה כמו בתמונות. כל החדרים נמצאים או למעלה או למטה אין חדר שינה בקומה כניסה

Nice BnB with all comfort in a quiet location. Positive: Very nice house, spacious, equipped with all comfort. Surrounding is located on the outskirts of Pulheim in a quiet environment. Negative: There are some things that could be improved but for a short stay they are irrelevant and did not bother us as much as other reviewers mentioned.

It is a very nice house with many options to live in. Bathrooms and kitchen are upper class. The garden ist small, but very green looking out. We will come again.

House is too hot to stay in during summer, you will not be able to sleep - don't risk ruining trip Positive: The location was good, the property was spacious and clean, the area is nice. Negative: We stayed at the property at the end of June during the heatwave - the property does not have air conditioning. I contacted the hosts prior to our stay to ask about fans, they said there are none but that the house would be cool - it wasn't. Having visited Europe several times a year over the past decade this is the worst stay I have ever had. The house was unbearably hot even during the night, with the heat considerably worse on the upper floors. The 4 beds on the top floor were simply unusable due to the heat, we had to carry the mattresses down to the basement to sleep on the floor. I had a room on the second floor and didn't sleep at all for two nights. The listing said that there was a barbecue but there wasn't one. I appreciate that weather events like this are to some extent beyond the control of the hosts but hot summers like this are the new reality of Europe in the 2020s, climate change has made our summers hotter and this isn't going to change. Air conditioning would be preferred but to not even provide fans, during the hottest weekend in german history, is simply inexcusable. We were a group in our 20s but if you have significantly older or younger guests it would not be safe to accommodate them here at these temperatures. If you book this property during the summer and the temperature rises above 30 degrees it will be too hot to sleep in the house and ruin your trip. I would recommend the property for stays during autumn, winter or spring - but not summer. Please don't make the same mistake that we did.

aardig Positive: locatie was prima veel slaapkamers maar daar heb ik ook naar gezocht Negative: Het was heel gehorig in huis door alle open trappen en geen overgordijnen dat scheelt in geluid . De pliseegordijn in de huiskamer lag er half af. De keuken was smerig. Vieze borden vies bestek en lade. Smerig water onder het aanrecht in een bak ,(waarvoor die diende is me nog een raadsel ).Er was een inbouw koffieapparaat wat heel vies was en ontkalkt moest worden Er was 1 theedoek GEEN vaatdoekjes geen handdoek wel een vies kastje met sponsjes etc. De vaatwasserdeur viel ineens helemaal open als deze klaar was .Geluk dat je daar dan niet toevallig stond want dat had pijn gedaan als die tegen je aanvalt met een klap.( Wat mij opvalt is dat al een keer vermeld is in een review ,maar er dus nog niets aan gedaan is.) beneden trok mijn dochter de stekker van haar fohn uit het stopcontact die kwam dus mee van de muur af ( GEVAARLIJK ) De keuken die vies was heb ik gemeld maar kreeg mijn mail retour , dus heb ik de volgende dag een nieuwe app gestuurd en daar werd redelijk snel door de host op gereageerd en stuurde diezelfde middag een interieurverzorger .Maaaaaar...... zoiets hoort niet nodig te zijn . Het hoort schoon te zijn bij binnenkomst. Poetsen kan ik ze nog wel leren want dat kon veel beter. Al met al toch aardig verblijf gehad . De tuin mag ook wel wat beter onderhouden worden . En geen spellenkast zoals vermeld er staat een menserger je niet spel . Verder denk ik dat de host wel haar best doet maar voor dit geld mag ze iets harder zorgen dat alles netjes is en de gasten er niet achteraan hoeven te appen .
